Hello!

This client was downsizing from a much larger home for her retirement, and wanted an open concept floor plan, as well as a loft look, without moving downtown. She loves to entertain so a large kitchen was a must. Our goal was to use the open concept idea, but still show distinct areas like we did with the dining room area at the far right, and kitchen to the left. We had a fairly healthy budget, but using some of her not-so-old black appliances, and just buying a new stove and hood, allowed for splurges on the countertop, backsplash, and accessories for the finishing touch.
