A walk-in closet transformed into a tub and shower room.

A customer had a stack of 12x12 and 2x2 porcelain tiles along with 1x2 split faced marble remnants on hand. After asking what kind of pattern she would like, her response was "surprise me", and surprise her I did! She said she never dreamed her kitchen could be so beautiful!

This project included master bath shower & backsplash shower 3x12 porcelain tiles with 3x3 feature squares cut from 12x12 mosaic tiles. The backsplash used was 12x12 basket weave mosaic tiles.

Client wanted to freshen up their detached garage with new epoxy paint in a checkerboard pattern, concrete patio off to the side of the building and a shed style roof covering.

This customer needed a step in tub due to aging in place. We also designed and built a wheel chair accessible makeup table and open shelving top per customer's specs.

This client had a very small kitchen that was separated from the living room by a partition wall. We removed the wall, installed new cabinets and appliances to allow for a much more functional space. In addition to adding the new kitchen we designed and installed a new wet bar in the basement living room area.

This client loves their home but there was was a wall separating the kitchen from the dining room. Blue Ribbon Construction Co. along with their design associates, ProSource of Wichita, were able to design a new space for the family. The design included removing the partition wall down to countertop height which accomplished to things. It allowed for additional counter seating and made the kitchen seem much larger. The functional design included reallocating the cooktop to a new island and placing a double oven unit where the old range was previously located. This feature allowed for a double trashcan base cabinet that makes recycling a breeze. The microwave oven was also relocated to a pantry cabinet so it would no longer take up valuable countertop space. Beautiful quartz countertops and an undermount sink make this kitchen not only functional but breathtakingly beautiful.
