I started here in August of 2005.
What’s your favorite part of being a team member at ProSource Wholesale?
Being a part of this amazing team we have! It’s rare to have such a good, solid group of people who really care about their fellow employees and will go out of their way to help. We have the best team from top to bottom.
With regard to home remodeling, what trends do you see developing?
We are seeing lots of trends change in the Northwest. Home remodeling in this area typically includes visuals like slate, rustic wood products and granite. Carpet is traditionally used a great deal for warmth. We are starting to see lighter and cooler tones and much cleaner, more modern looks.
What trends are you seeing with regard to products?
We’re finding consumers are looking for commercial wearing and easier maintenance products for their homes. LVP, LVT and WPC products are a perfect fit for our environment and have exploded in our market. These products are approved to go over radiant heat, can be wet mopped without fear of damage, and are highly resistant to damage.
What are your favorite flooring products?
I love both COREtec and Resista H2O—the benefits and budget of each sell themselves.
How would you describe the difference between the service you offer at ProSource Wholesale versus other operations?
There is a huge difference. What our team offers is impeccable customer service. We listen to what our members and their clients want, and show them those products as well as educate them. Because our team has excellent product knowledge, we’re able to ask the right questions to make sure the product is applicable for their space.
Before a homeowner begins a project, what advice would you advocate?
Go straight to a good source that can provide you with all the knowledge you need.
