Delivery questions answered: How do I receive my products?

Cabinets may be shipped directly to the job site. Plumbing, hardware and other K&B products ship to our warehouse or direct to job site depending on supplier. Flooring may be shipped to our warehouse for pickup within 3-5 days. For all products, the actual shipping timeline may vary based on availability and item(s) selected. Shipments must be picked up during weekday hours. All materials should be examined on delivery or pickup to ensure accuracy.
