Sometimes a place needs more than a makeover. In this home, we played a little musical chairs with the inside and ended up with a floorplan that was meant to be! We decided to reconfigure a lot of the main spaces to make them more useful for today's lifestyle. So get ready, here's the new layout: The foyer is now the dining room, the dining room is now a sitting area, the kitchen/family room is now all kitchen, and the atrium is a waterfall. This is our personal take on the sophisticated beach house. Sometimes you have to break the rules, change it up, and take a risk. Trust us, the end result will change your life!
