"I was invited to put this townhome on the market. The owner had lived here since the late 70's. The decor was eclectic with ""sputnik"" lighting to a gold chandelier with crystals in the dining room. At first, I wanted to remove all the lighting, until I did some homework and saw the ""sputnik"" style was back in! We added new kitchen countertops and a backsplash, used new paint, installed a new lower level bath vanity and floors, added many new lights throughout home, along with new flooring.
