When our client purchased this 1969 outdated home, we saw huge potential in both the structure and location, but the interior was ancient. The second of two living rooms features grey and white paint, and new hardwood flooring in front of a large fireplace. We remodeled every surface throughout the home using tile, carpet, granite and mosaic accents. Now it's a contemporary masterpiece, and the value of the home doubled!
