When our client purchased this 1969 outdated home, we saw huge potential in both the structure and location, but the interior was ancient. The first of two living rooms has new tan paint and complementary wood-look tile. We remodeled every surface throughout the home using tile, carpet, granite and mosaic accents. Now it's a contemporary masterpiece, and the value of the home doubled!
