Hello!

Soon-to-be empty nesters, my clients were looking to a build a smaller home to accommodate their new lifestyle. I had worked with them previously, but this time there was a desire for a more modern design compared to their current traditional look. Space planning and function became a priority for the smaller living space. However, there was to be no compromise to family living, entertaining, visiting guests and most importantly, a mother-in-law suite. The neutral palette scheme provides a natural cohesiveness throughout the whole home, with the dark wood flooring grounding the design. As with all of my designs, I strive to find a unique feature to add interest. Oftentimes, I use lighting and the powder bath to do this.
