Hello!

While it may look like not much was changed in this kitchen the functionality for my clients was improved, as well as, aesthetics. More storage was added with a larger pantry and taller uppers. The cabinet configuration was changed to add more drawers and pullouts in all the base cabinets, as well as, the pantry. The trash was concealed in the cabinetry rather than a separate receptacle. Under-cabinet lighting was installed. New appliances were installed. The cabinets were configured so the microwave was installed at the proper height, as to not impede cooking on the stove top. The hinges are all inside mount so you no longer see them and all the cabinetry has a soft close feature. The dishwasher was moved to accommodate my client's preference to have it on the other side of the sink. While this was not a dark kitchen to begin with the clients did want a brighter look and that was achieved.
