We took this lone star lake house, with builder grade finishes, out to a whole new level. We swapped out rustic iron and beige ceramic tile with a fresh palette of ocean blues, classic carrera marble and sandy colored floors. The remodel evokes the ethereal elements of a beach front cottage in The Hamptons.
