We demoed nearly everything, just keeping the private water closet and two wardrobe closets. The entire bathroom was basically inspired by the free standing tub the owner selected a year earlier. We completely removed one of their closets (they had three) to create a nook for the tub. We slightly modified the footprint of the shower and replaced all fixtures, cabinetry, paint and lighting.
