Our client came to us looking for a European feel, in their 1920's Colonial home, that would reflect their origins and style. The original kitchen had darker wood cabinetry, laminate countertops and felt very dark. We added touches of old world charm by using shaker style cabinetry in a crisp white and oil-rubbed bronze hardware. For warmth, we installed a rustic hexagonal floor tile in a brick finish.
