The biggest design challenge was to make a 6’x8’ bathroom feel bigger without increasing the footprint. A five foot recessed niche and mirrored medicine cabinet was designed to visually lengthen the space. The contemporary LED light fixture above reinforces the linear aspect. The dark wood floating vanity provides a punctuation mark in the otherwise low contrast, soft gray and white palette. The finished bathroom exudes lightness, space and serenity.
