New wood-look tile replaced the existing 18x18 tile and carpet that were original to the house.  The kitchen remodel included new granite countertops, a backsplash, an island rebuild and refinished cabinets in an off-white Sherwin Williams color. In the living room, the fireplace had the existing tile removed and new ledger stone was installed.
