This was an extensive remodel of an original single story residence. We took the original structure down to the studs, added a second story and wonderful design elements such as distressed engineered wood flooring, iron and wood staircase, a rear wall of windows overlooking the property and more. It's truly an outstanding product, and it sold quickly to a lucky family!
