The homeowners wanted to finish off their walk-out basement, approximately 1,100 square feet, to provide more room for their growing family. We designed the space to include a wet bar/kitchenette area, a laundry area, a new full bathroom, a bonus room with walk-in closet, and a multi-purpose room.
