We combined the client’s contemporary aesthetic with their 1928 Craftsman-style house to create a large, bright kitchen that feels original to the home. Contemporary lighting touches, dark quartz counter top, and linear metal accent tile on the back splash play seamlessly with traditional elements and a color palette drawn from the rest of the house. The room went from a dark, cramped kitchen lacking storage to a room flooded with light, twice the storage and counter top space that brought joy to work in.
