This renovation replaces the 1970s green and pink bathroom. Plumbing was moved to accommodate the new design. A pocket door divides a toilet room with a waterless urinal, pedestal sink and petite armoire for storage. The vanity is a production French sideboard, whose top was used as a template for the granite top and a similar design for the backsplash. The contemporary white tub, artwork and simple French gold fixtures nicely juxtapose the warm wood and classic wood herringbone floors. The ceiling was painted the same color as the walls to keep the room warm and inviting.
