Removed carpet, filled gaps with new stair skirt and trim install, painted treads and installed hand-painted risers.

Flooring: new laminate plank installed; layered rugs added. Windows: new cordless cellular shades replaced mini blinds. Lighting: removed Ikea pendant, moved center location and installed 3 new pendants. Furniture: repurposed an old door for the table; salvaged a damaged cabinet (new paint, legs, hardware) for liquor cabinet; purchased leather/wood/metal bench from Living Spaces; purchased leather chairs from World Market. Installed accent feature on kitchen peninsula. Added art & decor
