From Cramped to Connected: A Whole House Reimagined - $1.3 Million This whole-home remodel was driven by the clients' desire for a more spacious, functional environment that would better support their love of entertaining while embracing a modern aesthetic rooted in the original architecture and connecting to the surrounding landscape. Client Goals: Enhanced flow and functionality throughout the home Expanded kitchen and island dimensions Improved layout and increased usable space Modern finishes paired with warm elements Improved sightlines to maximize the stunning mountain and desert views Elevated bathroom experience with luxury fixtures Additional guest space in the lower level To bring the kitchen vision to life, we focused on strategic structural changes and thoughtful design elements that elevated both aesthetics and usability: Increased square footage through layout optimization Relocation of the laundry and pantry Reduced soffit height to eliminate visual weight Reorientation of the island to improve functionality Relocation of appliances for better workflow Custom cabinetry and floating shelves Dedicated beverage center for entertaining Extra seating Custom lighting Porcelain tile–clad vent hood designed as a striking focal point Improved flow with expanded sightlines to stunning exterior views The primary bathroom was designed as a luxurious retreat within the home, with features that add both functionality and indulgence: Oversized walk-in shower with luxury finishes A freestanding bathtub as a sculptural centerpiece Increased storage with thoughtfully designed cabinetry and built-ins Improved layout to maximize space and flow Panoramic views from new windows High-end materials and finishes To make the lower level more functional, we reconfigured the layout to accommodate an additional full bathroom, creating a more livable space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This update not only enhances privacy and convenience but also increases the overall value of the home. A formerly underutilized storage area was transformed into a cozy sitting nook. The Results: These clients loved to entertain but were limited by a home that felt poorly laid out, outdated, and disconnected from its stunning surroundings. To unlock the full potential of the space, we approached the remodel with a comprehensive vision—reconfigurations where needed and design that supported the original Adobe-style architecture. In the kitchen, a strategic layout shift—swapping the laundry room with the pantry—allowed us to significantly expand the space while preserving both key zones. A larger, reoriented island became the centerpiece of the new design, supporting effortless entertaining and improving sightlines throughout the main living area. Outdated finishes and bulky cabinet soffits were replaced with sleek, modern materials complemented by warm, inviting tones, better reflecting the clients’ personal style. Relocating a load-bearing wall was one of the more complex aspects of the renovation, but this structural change was transformative. It enabled a spacious open-concept layout that now seamlessly links the kitchen and family room, maximizing natural light and drawing the eye toward panoramic views of the mountains and desert. The bathroom remodel brought a sense of retreat and order, with the addition of an oversized walk-in shower, a freestanding soaking tub, custom cabinetry, and luxurious finishes. These updates created a spa-like experience within the home, balancing beauty with everyday comfort. Downstairs, we reconfigured the lower level to include two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, enhancing privacy and livability. We also transformed a previously underutilized storage area into a cozy sitting nook. The result is a bright, welcoming home with improved flow, abundant natural light, and thoughtfully designed spaces for gathering and relaxing. This project was an almost full home remodel (no showers). We did not design this one, our client went to our amazing rep, Betsy, who helped her make these material selections. Open concept space re-configurations and a general update throughout that included all new Kitchen Craft shaker cabinets, with gold hardware. LED lit granite countertops that all went up the backsplashes. Wood tile planks, with new carpet in the bedrooms and a fresh coat of paint throughout.

This wonderful home belongs to an architect in Chandler, who was actually a referral from a Pro Source manager. We removed some walls between family and living room and opened up some of the wall seperating the kitchen and dining room, all visible from their entry way! Besides all the moving of walls, mechanical, electrical and framing. We also replaced all the flooring throughout with one of Pro Source’s own LVP’s and did a full interior re-paint. Almost a full home design/remodel in Chandler. Using mostly Pro Source finish materials. Took down the dividing walls, closed up the bay pop out style dining space and re-routed all the necessary mechanical, electrical and plumbing to work with our new open floor design. Full Home Remodel

Completely remodeled the master bathroom and updated the kitchen and living room as well as the other bedrooms and flooring. Plus the exterior landscaping and lighting! 

We renovated a 1970's kitchen into this new design.
