Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Making a purchase will not improve one’s chances of winning. Sweepstakes is limited to trade pros who are members of a ProSource Wholesale^® showroom. Only one entry per trade pro member.

TO ENTER. You must download or have already downloaded the ProSource Wholesale trade pro app, create an account or log in if an account already exists, and send a digital referral card to [email protected]. Upon app download and submission of your digital referral card, you will automatically be entered for your chance to win.

RULES. The sweepstakes runs May 1, 2023 through midnight (12:00 am) CDT on May 31, 2023. Winners will be chosen by a random drawing to be held on June 2, 2023 at the ProSource Wholesale corporate headquarters in Earth City, Missouri. Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing. Prize winners will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release, which must be completed and returned within 14 days of written notification. Prize is not transferable or assignable. All applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes (excluding sales tax) are the responsibility of the winner.  Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winners’ name and likeness for publicity purposes and without additional compensation. Employees or family members of employees of Leading Edge Marketing, Inc. and its affiliates are not eligible to enter. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws apply.

PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING. Five [5] winners will each be awarded one Visa gift card worth $500.00. Amounts are in U.S. Dollars. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Any entries received from any person/address/email address in excess of the limit stated will void the excess entries for that person/address/email address. No other method of entry or participation is valid. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for entries submitted

WINNERS LIST REQUEST. Winner information will be available at the end of the sweepstakes. For a copy of the winners list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope referencing “ProSource Trade Pro App Sweepstakes Winners" c/o ProSource Wholesale, ATTN: Marketing Department, 4301 Earth City Expressway, Earth City, MO 63045.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, non-delivered or unintelligible entries or email; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this sweepstakes, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. Entries generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Should any portion of sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by viruses, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify, or terminate the sweepstakes, and select winners from entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes, and assume no responsibility for any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized use to this website. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.

For Canadian residents only: to claim a prize, Canadian residents must first correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a mathematical skill-testing question at a mutually agreed upon time. The question must be answered correctly within a predetermined amount of time. In the event that it is not answered correctly, the selected person will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected.

Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees.
