Mae Reedy is the founder of Mae Reedy Build + Design, a Dallas-based studio known for pairing design vision with construction precision. Trained in art with roots in textiles and handmade goods, she entered interiors through hands-on collaboration and mentorship, then earned her contractor’s license to serve her community when it needed qualified builders. Mae leads with process—clear roadmaps, structured meetings, and visual presentations that reduce friction and keep projects on track. Her transitional aesthetic blends warm neutrals, organic materials, and architectural harmony, with choices calibrated for longevity and everyday living. A lifelong learner inspired by patterns in nature (and the layered work of Thom Yorke), she mentors her team in time management and leadership and builds vendor and trade relationships on gratitude and respect. The studio’s rebrand puts Build first—underscoring her mission to elevate women-led construction and deliver spaces clients trust for years.
